Thorocraft is a California-based brand founded in 2009, known for pairing modern technology and rebellious, bold style with classic footwear silhouettes. New for Spring 2013 is the Mercer Shoe — an oxford that features camo uppers, a laser-cut ventilation pattern, and combination sole — along with the Ross Shoe, with its full-grain hand-woven leather uppers and EVA/foam soles. The uppers are finished off with a pigskin inner lining and a raw, undyed Vachetta leather heel detail and each shoe should be breathable and lightweight — yet durable — enough for all your spring walking needs.

A uniquely American story involving Filson and Wolverine is at the heart of this two-boot capsule come Fall 2012. Both brands have shared a common interest in high-quality, outdoor-ready footwear and apparel spanning over 200 years of cumulative experience. This undoubtedly serves as an underlying theme for the capsule. The range includes the 6-inch Emerson boot and the 8-inch Rowan boot, both of which bring in a third American party in Horween to provide the leather uppers and accentuate Filson fabrics. The Goodyear-welted construction is an expected part of the package and provides a long-term solution as the soles wear with use. The collection will hit select stockists of Wolverine 1000 Mile.
